1. Eligibility
To create and use a Ctaya account, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted, and you are not accessing Ctaya from a restricted territory.
- You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by Ctaya or any other gaming authority.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
Ctaya reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If we have reason to believe that an account belongs to a minor, we will suspend it immediately and conduct a verification. Any winnings accumulated while an account is under age-verification review may be withheld until the review is complete.
Important: Opening an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your Ctaya account, is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in criminal liability under Philippine law.
2. Account Registration
Each player is allowed one Ctaya account only. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Here is what you need to know about creating and maintaining your Ctaya account:
2.1 Accurate Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension without notice.
2.2 Account Verification (KYC)
Ctaya is required by law to verify the identity of its players. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license) and proof of address. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Ctaya will never ask for your full credit card number or banking password.
2.3 Password and Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your Ctaya password with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. Ctaya will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
2.4 Duplicate Accounts
Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and any withdrawals from those accounts may be reversed.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on Ctaya are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We support a range of local payment methods to make it as convenient as possible for Filipino players.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Ctaya currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
- GCash and Maya (e-wallets)

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit on Ctaya is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Higher limits are available for verified VIP accounts.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Times
Ctaya processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically completed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
3.4 Third-Party Payments
You may only deposit and withdraw using payment accounts registered in your own name. Ctaya does not accept third-party payments. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned, and the associated Ctaya account may be suspended pending investigation.
All Ctaya transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your financial data is never stored on our servers or shared with unauthorized third parties.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Ctaya regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on the Ctaya platform:
4.1 Wagering Requirements
Most Ctaya bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before withdrawing.
4.2 One Bonus at a Time
Only one bonus may be active on your Ctaya account at a time. Attempting to combine bonuses in ways not explicitly permitted will result in the cancellation of the bonuses involved.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Ctaya monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets designed purely to meet wagering requirements (also known as "bonus washing"), or using automated tools to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
4.4 Changes to Promotions
Ctaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via email or in-platform notification where reasonably possible.
5. Gameplay Rules
Each game available on Ctaya — whether live casino, card game, or sports bet — is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply across the entire Ctaya platform:
5.1 Finality of Results
All game results on Ctaya are final once a round or hand has been completed. If you experience a technical disconnection during a game, any bets already placed will stand and be settled according to the game result. Ctaya's disconnection policy is fair — your placed bets are always honored even if you lose connection mid-round.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets
Each Ctaya game table has a clearly displayed minimum and maximum bet. These limits exist to protect both players and the platform. Placing bets outside of these limits is not possible — the system will prevent it automatically.
5.3 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game, Ctaya reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund the amounts to players' accounts. We will communicate any such decisions transparently and process refunds promptly.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Ctaya and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any part of the Ctaya platform.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Money laundering or using Ctaya to process funds from illegal activities.
- Providing false identification documents during the KYC process.
- Accessing Ctaya from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing Ctaya staff or other players.
- Exploiting known software bugs or glitches for financial gain.
Ctaya cooperates with Philippine law enforcement agencies and will provide account information when legally required to do so.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Ctaya collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The full details of how we handle your data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
In summary: we collect only the data we need to run your account and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, and you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by Ctaya.
8. Responsible Gaming
Ctaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be a source of entertainment, not financial hardship or emotional distress. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
- Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to remind you when you've been playing for a specified period of time.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a set number of days.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Ctaya platform. This cannot be reversed once activated.

9. Limitation of Liability
Ctaya provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we do our best to ensure the platform is always accessible and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:
- Ctaya is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
- Ctaya is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.
- Ctaya is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the platform.
- Ctaya's total liability to any player in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits Ctaya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where Philippine law prevents such limitation.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
Ctaya reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Abusive behavior toward Ctaya staff or other players.
- Requests from Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, if you request closure yourself — your remaining balance (after deducting any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.
You may close your Ctaya account at any time by contacting our support team. We will process account closure requests within five business days.
11. Amendments to These Terms
Ctaya may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email and display a prominent notice on the platform. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of Ctaya after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using Ctaya and request account closure.
Minor changes — such as formatting updates, clarifications, or corrections of typographical errors — may be made without individual notification. It is always worth reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed.
